Nbconvert: SVG are not transformed to PDF anymore #3579

If an SVG file is present in the notebook, the nbconversion 馃槃 to latex will copy it as-it-as without converting to PDF (as it was with the old nbconvert).
Currently the resulting .tex file cannot be compiled using pdflatex.
I'm running the current master.

This is/will be fixed in the writers branch that I will PR sometime this week. I added a ConvertFigureTransformer that can be used to handle this problem exactly. It didn't make sense for the ExtractFiguresTransformer to do anything but extract the figures
