I get a unicode failure in IPython.core.tests.test_inputsplitter.InputSplitterTestCase on windows

I don't see the inputsplitter failure in your updated gist, is this fixed?

Closing on the basis that it disappeared when @jstenar ran the tests with an up to date version. Re-open if it can still be replicated.
