When I do "magic" (or "%magic") to see the help for magic commands, I'm seeing references to ipythonrc for the magic commands "edit","pdb", and "psearch". This should probably be changed to refer to the new configuration layout in 0.11

Yup, totally right. In fact, we need to do a full grep for ipythonrc and update all such references to the current config system, since the ipythonrc stuff is completely gone. Sorry we missed a few spots!

ps - pull requests welcome :) Since this is docs-only, it's a pretty safe one to get involved with the project.
