[Spike - API] Extend the DataFile payload to include more fields

Overview of the Feature Request

While developing the Files tab UI for the SPA, we noticed that we need the following DataFile properties to correctly replicate the functionality. Currently these parameters are not exposed via API:

• Datafile: deleted
• Datafile: isTabularData
• Datafile: owner.fileAccessRequest
• Datafile: fileAccessRequests (*)

(*) For this it is important to evaluate whether to extend the existing payload or create a new endpoint for security reasons.
