Hello,

I was trying to play with the tsv files for metadatas blocks, but I ran into a problem.
I first edited the files to I could change some "allowMultiple" values to dataset fields. While I edited the tsv and rebuild my database, my fields (psql side) were changed. So, I created a dataset to see if my changes worked. I edited the depositor field so it became multiple, and it worked, because the "+" was their. But when I clicked on it, nothing happened. And I realized that no "+" button worked. I'm talking about it in an other issue, about adding multiple fields to dataverse.

So, I reverted my changes to the tsv files, I also merged my branch to the latest develop (in case something was wrong there), rebuild my war, redeploy and remake the database. Checked psql, all ok for the datas for dataset fields. Create a new dataset, try to add fields and ... nothing. Same issue.
I figured out a way to add field: if I "try" to add a mandatory field (author, for example, by clicking on the "+" button) and I validate the dataset, then I got an error message saying that mandatory fields are mandatory, and the previous fields I wanted to add are there.

I tested this also on the phoenix server, same result. "French" language was set for me (couldn't change it).
