The API limits a user to 5000 requests per hour per token? But the ghtorrent website doesn't seem accessible. http://ghtorrent.org/ What gives?

The ghtorrent website now works. The data is not up to date, it appears. I emailed the creator, who currently works at Facebook, and he has not responded yet.

https://www.gharchive.org/ - Perhaps gharchive is actually a better option. Need to dig into this.
