Remove cfitsio copy in tbtables

Using cfitsio in tbtables was an attempt ~16 years ago, but got stuck half-way and is probably never going to happen. The cfitsio copy used here is hopelessly outdated and also has licensing problems (it contains code from the Numerical Recipes book), so it gets removed here. Any new attempt here should start with a recent cfitsio version.
