what's the deal with the API section in Project 2?

There's some mention of using an API in the README of Project 2 but it looks unfinished. Is this still part of the scraping session?

It was in years past. It's the get_json_notebook.ipynb and https://github.com/ireapps/pycar/blob/master/project2/json_to_csv_notebook.ipynb notebooks. But if you think it needs beefing up—or it's too much to squeeze in—we can certainly adjust. See what you think.

I think so, but my recollection is hazy, honestly. @esagara should remember better since he tackled those projects the last couple of years. Did we get to the json sections, Eric?
