CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003
Dovecot Version: 2.2.36.4

CentoS 7 should not have ssl_min_protocol parameter, Did you add this parameter manually, or it's created by iRedMail installer (which is not expected)?

it's created by iRedMail installer, i did not edit it

Confirmed it's a bug and fixed moment ago:
4b19b99

If this is a server not in production yet, it's recommended to re-install OS then re-install iRedMail-1.3 (repacked already).
