Output the task id on iron_worker queue

it's possible to do some nice things like:

iron_worker log iron_worker queue foo --print-id --wait

I think print-id should be default with a noid option.

Maybe... Need to think about that - maybe iron_worker_ng queue --log will be ok?

I still think id should be default unless there is good technical reason
NOT to. User needs action-reaction sequence... cli is ux. Basic ux
principals apply.
