Remove bash integrations

I have a new Mac which comes with zsh by default (instead of bash). While we could look at making these aliases work for both, I suspect we'd be better off removing the aliases (e.g. gca for git commit --amend) and allow those to be handled somewhere else.

For example, I'm using oh my zsh which comes with its own Git aliases
