Based on the documentation alt+n/p is used for scrolling, but this doesn't work on Mac OS, where alt is the option key. I would suggest to make it work with such, because the current implementation isn't really consistent.
Scrolling is possible with fn+arrows, but the fn key is where ctrl keys are on Windows keyboards.
Almost all third party tools avoid using the fn key with some minor exceptions, because it is reserved for Apple functionality.
I'd like to ask if option+n/p can be supported for scrolling on Mac systems?

this is up to your terminal emulator and its preferences, you may want to scour your emulator preferences for an option such as "option sends escape" or similar
@ailin-nemui You are right, sometimes this is not preferred though and I realize that my suggestion is counter-productive. option+n sends ~ on the German layout, so option+n can't be used.
