Description

Currently, I can't search any username (including mine) in organization that have a lot of members.

For instance, in the EpicGames organization, it will show you no result if you search based on the username.

And if you force accessing via url with query param (https://github.com/orgs/EpicGames/people?query=ezralazuardy), it will give you an 🦄 error.

FYI, This issue actually have been reported here but there is no further bug fix.

I did get a response. It shows "no results" for a second but then it reloads itself and shows members.

Looking in the dev console, I see that it makes two requests, the first of which is cancelled.

Hm, I don't get the unicorn, but I do get "We couldn't find any matching members." I was able to search someone else though, both with the search dialog and by adding it to the URL. (https://github.com/orgs/EpicGames/people?query=Walid)

Is it something with your browser? Or perhaps the person you're searching for really isn't there?

EDIT: I just noticed this is your own username so I'm sure you'd know if it's meant to show up. Maybe file a separate issue in the official GitHub repo that you can't find yourself? This issue (and the unicorn page) seems to complain that it takes too long, not that it can't be found.

Yes, @ezralazuardy is my username

I've try to use your walid query in search member and all I get is only this 😔

Hm, 502 errors are usually temporary -- try again soon and check the error again?

I'd suggest you open a discussion in GitHub's official feedback repo to get their attention though, since I can't reproduce your errors.
