What is the update here? Why is the code changing without any functionality change? |

This PR removes the travis config, and replaces it with GithubActions. Which will need to be enabled. Follow on updates would be to convert to ESM. I am trying to address a SNYK issue regarding inflight, https://security.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JS-INFLIGHT-6095116, and followed the dependencies to here and once. I don't know what protocol you want followed here, and I am open to pretty much anything. |

I'm hoping this library can be updated to resolve Snyk issues with Glob, inflight and others.
