can scrap items with UnscrappableObject keyword

the mod ignores UnscrappableObject keyword (001CC46A) and scraps things it shouldn't be able to. while this doesn't seem to affect vanilla since it only has that keyword on a few items, modded items that aren't meant to be scrapped still can by accident if they have components but also the said keyword.
