vocabularies are difficult to edit in @@pleiades-settings

The current layout of the time periods and other vocabularies on the pleiades-settings control panel uses input boxes in table cells, one row per period. Titles and especially descriptions are longer than these boxes. It is difficult and error-prone to edit these settings this way.

Would it be possible to use "text areas" (with word-wrapping and scroll bars) or introduce some other more flexible layout that would make these easier to edit?

I just tried and I can get a text area in there. You might need to see it to see if you like it. Need to look up how to change the rows, but otherwise it's a simple change.

This is an enhancement I'd like to undertake at some point, but I would like to defer developing it and instead go ahead and finish up the rest of the time periods stuff and get that tested and deployed.

@paregorios perhaps you should remove the low priority tickets that we are deferring from this milestone, that would make things clearer.
