First Fully Functional Release on all supported platforms: Vision 6, Shine 4, and Epos 3

Major USB Fix Release v0.2

• Targets: Vision 6, Shine 4 (touchscreen orientation broken) and Epos 3
• USB reworked to use configfs. Finally adb/mtp/none (and all combinations) working
• zImage-dtb now renamed to zImage (there's no dtb appended anyhow)
• Default screen brightness set to 25% (instad of 100%)
• Haptics settings disabled (devices have no vibration)
• Screen rotation no longer hard-coded to 90 in driver; using TW_ROTATION instead
• Optional alternative theme

KNOWN ISSUES: Do not use Shine4 build. Screen is upright but touchscreen input is upside-down.
