Layout improvements

This release brings some layout improvements to the MVP preview. Vertical space usage of bird cards was reduced to avoid the need to scroll. In addition, some minor adaptions for icons and toast placement have been added. No functional changes were performed.

Preview release of MVP

This is the first Bird Guess release. It is intended for preview and testing purposes. MVP functionality is complete but some things might change before being production ready. Main target platform is Android for now (see attached binary). Running the application on a local computer is possible too, provided some preconditions are met, like an npm installation (instructions will be documented soon).
