ISETBioLargeData

A Git-LFS repository for storing large data sets (> 100MBytes).

Installation instructions:

1. Install brew as follows:

/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"

2. Install Git-LFS as follows:

brew install git-lfs

3. Post-install configs:

git lfs install 
sudo git lfs install --system

6. Clone the ISETBioLargeData repository from https:github.com/isetbio/ISETBioLargeData.git
