Add screenshot example with the initial TODO list

Add the screenshot example to illustrate how the plugin works and add the initial list of TODOs.

Default to Relative paths instead of Static paths

the files path is now changed from static path like (/var/www/.. etc) to relative path like (./bower_components/...)

Windows delimiter problem solved

Problem with windows translating \b to something else other than the character '' followed by 'b'
now is solved

Replace / with dynamic directory separator

replace the hard code value of directory separator (which is / ) with an automatically one

Unlimited space inside the bower:js or bower:css comment
