Release includes work done in early 2018.

Please replace the project.py found in

OpenHandWrite\WinPython\python-2.7.10.amd64\Lib\site-packages\markwrite-0.3.8-py2.7.egg\markwrite

with the one included here. It reduces the amount of warning prints and returns the first matching stroke.
