Random Crash on entering a level

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I created a game
2. A client connects
3. when we enter the mine it crashed and close the game immediately

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no output sudden exit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tlmp version r212
