Preconditions

The 'Партнери' page is opened.

Steps to reproduce

Click on the ‘Стати партнером’ button at the center of the bottom of the page.
Or click on the floating button ‘Стати партнером’.
Leave text field, email field empty, captcha unchecked.
Press the ‘Відправити’ button.

Expected result
The validation messages are displayed under the fields.
