I do not need the SSR from sveltekit and want to use svelte-spa-router for my SPA projects, is this project still active developed and maintained? Thanks.

Yes it's still maintained. It's fairly mature at this point so not a huge amount of active work is happening (or even needed), but it's definitely maintained
