这些事件的包都找不到，是缺少什么依赖？

这是Mirai核心的东西，全是Kotlin写的

首先确定你的IDEA是否最新版本，并且Maven依赖已经正确导入了
然后确定你的JDK版本是为Java17
最后确定你的SpringBoot版本是否为3以上
如果以上都满足，那有可能是你IDEA卡了，你可以试试看敲完整包名 + 类名
net.mamoe.mirai.event.events.GroupMessageEvent

可以尝试更新kotlin版本试一下。我更新就之后就好了
