I managed to install tasmota on two sonoffminiR2 and on two others I can't .
The procedure hangs at ota_unlock it seems that it cannot find the resty server.
I attach sniffing with wireshark.

Try inserting the deviceid into the payload.

For D1 Mini on 3.7.6 I had to follow

njh/sonoff-ota-flash-cli#18 (comment)

Very import to remove the device from the ewelink app fails otherwise as mentioned
