From what I can tell, Cyberduck isn't working with RSA private keys that are 8192 bits in length. I haven't tested longer keys, but shorter ones (1024 bits) seem to be fine.
When attempting to connect to the remote Linux host with my key, Cyberduck silently fails to connect. I can connect with my key just fine using PuTTY. If I enable password login on the remote host, I am able to login with Cyberduck.
The log drawer doesn't show any information, but if there is a way to enable more verbose logging let me know and I'll post it.
