Whilst grouping, alphabetising, or organising in folders would be a nice feature, I believe that the ability to "spotlight" search your bookmarks would be simpler.

In the bookmarks drawer there could be a search input similar to the drawers in Preview.app and Omni Outliner. Typing in a phrase simply hides non-matching bookmarks.
