fix cml publish stdin pipe

• either find a solution to Remove standard input detection from cml publish #983, Retry pipe EAGAIN on macOS #732 (comment), Micro #67 (comment), Single dash for stdin yargs/yargs#1312, process: process.stdin getter sets O_NONBLOCK flag in open file description nodejs/node#42826
  • e.g. use get-stdin
• or update our docs everywhere
  • replace some_cmd | cml publish with some_cmd > /tmp/file; cml publish /tmp/file and/or cml publish <(some_cmd)

Bullet point 1 is optional; bullet point 2 is mandatory.¹ I'd suggest addressing only the second one.
