Maybe I should have Admin permissions so I can merge these these routine PRs & manage repo settings 😅

• bump pre-commit tests
• drop manual pre-commit CI in favour of https://pre-commit.ci
  • @shcheklein you should've received an email request to install the integration
  • also can you remove Check from branch protection rules
• CI: revert back to releasing with bot account (Support fine-grained Personal Access Tokens (PAT v2) cli/cli#6680)
