增加通过主键查询非逻辑删方法 #12

对于有逻辑删的数据库而言，如果通过主键查询，不能过滤掉逻辑删的数量，查询结果是不对的。
所以增加通过主键查询非逻辑删方法，同时增加了test用例

感谢你的贡献，因为之前觉得既然拿到了主键这种查询没有必要，但是实际使用中可能存在根据主键判断是否逻辑删除的情况，这种场景还是有用的，所以新版中增加了相关方法V1.0.18
