FF32.0.3 and FF33, TU1.5.28.1
Create a new FF profile, launch it and install TU. Activate multi row tab bar in TU settings.
Start opening tabs until there are 2 rows of tabs. However the mouse over "+" to make new tab button appear. You'll see that it is flattened for some reason. Here are screenshots for comparison:

FF33, TU1.5.28.1 bug is reproduced as well.
