Fixed Button Placement in Store Screen.
Replaced Several Buttons with 9 patches to reduce asset sizes.
Ghost Replays now work.

Added info and error Dialogs to inform player when server is not contactable.
Player can now set, and change their names.
Level Buttons now show which challenges have been completed.
Velocity Indicator now shows when a crash is going to happen.
Player can now load custom ghosts based on ghostID.
