v3.0.0 - tinycolor goodies + widget refactoring

Next major release, introducing many new cool things, bug fixes and also BC breaking changes:

• Bug fixes for: How to set the precision of the alpha value #146 Input text field in custom colorpicker template does not allow click/input interactions #140 Parsing of alpha values < 1 in rgba()  #137 The Color object has no possibility to have no value, it always defaults to #000 #127 Empty value #87 Align left not working #117 (some will be also fixed in v2.x)
• Stop falling back to black when color cannot be parsed ( How can I capture the event when a field is formatted? #145 , The Color object has no possibility to have no value, it always defaults to #000 #127 )
• Dropping jQuery < 2.0 and Bootstrap < 3.0 support
• Discontinued support for all non ECMAScript 5 browsers (like IE < 10) and browsers not supporting W3C linear-gradient spec.
• Gradients will be used in replacement of background images.
• Code refactoring, having a better structure and decoupling. Better API and events.
• The colorpicker widget itself and the bootstrap popover part will be decoupled and modularized. There will be the possibility to use the plugin without bootstrap (without the popover).
  • Possible integration with Popover Picker , with all the flexibility and options it brings.
• Better color parser (thinking about jQuery.Color or TinyColor)
• Widget will be resized from ~100px to 128px and 256px (multiples of 65536), to have a better color precision when positioning the pointer and matching the color.
• Revamp of the CSS styles, widget size and color palettes:

Is this still being worked on? I would love to have a fix for the fallback-to-black issue...

@swrobel I have it in mind and, but unfortunately I had no much time to continue with it. I will continue with it soon hopefully.
