Move Feral Wolves to Whisperwood

I think feral wolves would be better managed in Whisperwood. They are notably more dangerous and "monstrous" compared to most other animals in the mod. Also, you can then remove the dragon head workaround to tame them, they would require only the deer skull.

Something else that can add to their behavior is to make them rideable by mobs like zombies or skeletons, like they do with spiders. Then you can rename them Wargs.
