Some ideas to make easier the reuse of the code by other people:

  • requirements.txt
  • makefile to prepare all the environment.
  • meet the necessary changes for the makefile written in this comment.

Any idea is welcome! :)

@Pablohn26, could you review the makefile? I know you have work a lot more than me with them and your experience could guide me to write one better. If you have some suggestion or anything else, I will be very grateful of read your comments or directly review your PR!

And, of course, if you have some other idea to improve the usage of CanaryBot by others, like yourself, I will be very grateful too!

Necessary changes for the makefile:

  • Clone and prepare to use the library CSV to HTML Table. Note: Keep in mind it isn't in CDNJS yet, so it needs to be load locally.

In #11 it was added an instruction to support CanaryBot outside PAWS cloning Pywikibot from its official repository, generating the user files and logging in the bot account.
