Rename class ApplicationSettings #61

THe class "ApplicationSettings" conflicts with a number of other classes including the "ApplicationSettings" class from wicket itself.

The ApplicationSettings in Select2 should be renamed to Select2ApplicationSettings and ApplicationSettings be deprecated.
