When loaded via node, the viewer sends the following error: 'Uncaught TypeError: y.Group is not a constructor'.
Konva is, from its v8, a module and needs to be included via its default property to be used in dwv.

Incomplete... see #1045 (v0.30.2) and #1055 (v0.30.3)...
