There seem to be a problem between jquery 2.2 and jquery-mobile 1.4.5. The current code gives a: Uncaught TypeError: a.preventDefault is not a function in jquery when pressing buttons (enhanced links) that open popups, for example the open button (+).
The quick solution is to revert to jquery 2.1.4.
