The consistency of the DICOM tags should be checked when loading multiple slices (relates to #3 and #45). The slice order must be defined from the ImagePositionPatient tag.

Storing the patient position in the image. Proper slice appending. Fix

bug in dicom parser array size. Added slice append test. Relates to #44.
