This PR fixes the code part of IZPACK-1452:

According to the discussion in this thread:

The user documentation contains a couple of unsupported attributes for a UserInputPanel field:

  • label_position
  • label_align
  • label_indent
  • control_position
  • control_align
  • control_indent

First part of fixing it is removing them from the documentation (wherever they occur).

Another part is removing the unused com.izforge.izpack.gui.TwoColumnConstraintsFactory and according code defining them.
