I already noted this in a few other issues, but here as an official announcement:

The project is abandoned. This means there is no active development and testing anymore.
Chances are high that features are broken with recent versions of browsers, jQuery, etc.

The reasons for this are partially because the base project jQuery.simulate() is no longer under active development as well and partially because I am not needing the project in any of my own projects anymore.

If someone is interested in taking over the development, leave a comment or open a new issue and we can discuss about it.

Nothing that I am aware of despite the issues already reported.
I am just saying that it is likely that features are broken. I haven't tested anything in the last years.

Generally, you can of course continue using jquery-simulate-ext if it is working for you.
I might even continue merging pull requests if they seem decent.
So basically, nothing will change in comparison to the last 2-3 years.
I just wanted to make that state official and transparent.
