Windows growlnotify takes parameters differently
Also:
there's no '--version' equivalent, so I just used '/?' for win
There is an additional callback url (which I will use for HTML generated results)
This is given by the nose option --growl-url
It's a bit of a hack, but works nicely for me, with no impact to non-windows users (which I can't test) :)
