These projects can be sliced to produce gcode, or converted to STLs, with IceSL-Forge - a free download. IceSL can go straight from CSG (defined with lua scripts) to gcode without STL between - giving a lot of flexibility.
Uses any M4 bolt for the hinge.
Designed for using rubber on the inside of the mount, you can reduce space for it (the variable 'pad') if no rubber is used. Uses M4 bolts.
