In PostgreSQL, EACH is an optional keyword in FOR EACH ROW and FOR EACH STATEMENT in a TRIGGER specification:
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-createtrigger.html

[ FOR [ EACH ] { ROW | STATEMENT } ]

Hence, our parser should also make this optional
