Support parsing more function alternatives to operators

Some dialects support functions as alternative versions of arithmetic operators and others, e.g. ClickHouse:

We already do something similar with CONCAT(a, b) -> a || b or MOD(a, b) / MODULO(a, b) -> a % b

Specific functions supported are:

• equal[s](x, y) for x = y
• notEqual[s](x, y) for x <> y
• lessOrEqual[s](x, y) for x <= y
• greaterOrEqual[s](x, y) for x >= y
• less[Than](x, y) for x < y
• greater[Than](x, y) for x > y
• like(x, y) for x like y
• notLike(x, y) for x not like y
• ilike(x, y) for x ilike y
