Add InsertSetStep.set(String, Object), set(Name, Object) and similar overloads for convenience #4745

When working with plain SQL, it would be nice to be able to use String or Name versions of Field references rather than manually constructing those Field references. We should overload the set methods in both Insert and Update DSL APIs

This is conflicting with #3739. There is no clear preference between the two API versions
