Map editor doesn't work in Russian (not gold) version.
When started:

ja2.exe -resversion RUSSIAN -editor

program fails with message:

ERROR: caught unhandled exception:
Opening file 'russian/splash_russian.sti' failed

Russian Gold version seems to start ok.
