Closes #97.

Now that the Travis Python 2 and PyPy jobs are no longer running and
only the CPython 3.8 and PyPy3 are submitting coverage reports to
Codecov, bump Hypothesis MAX_EXAMPLES_DEFAULT from 200 to 500 so each
run covers more ground. Thanks to recent Hypothesis optimizations, this
does not slow down Travis too much.
