目前不需要使用rabbitMQ

架構：
(Grid)
重新啟動伺服器時，跑一個task
將有權限，有設定API的所有子帳號都連線
然後將連線狀態存在redis

之後每當有新的job就寫在redis，然後將init做完

理論上ws只負責接收FTX的成交或是掛單資訊，然後去redis確認這筆是否要做反應

然後回傳掛單

所以不需要知道有多少setting存在
